Aaron
We are getting ready to put our house on the market, and need about 4-6 ceiling nail pops repaired (ceiling mud) and some carpet patched or replaced. Anyone have some contacts? Thanks.
STEVE-O
If it's standard texture ceiling I have done repairs using simple drywall mud. Once you get close to the same texture and paint it white to match no one will ever tell. No one is staring at your ceiling that hard to notice. You can almost always see where a carpet is patches. Color will fade of original and texture as well will change over time and wear. Easiest if it is that bad is to replace entire area. Home Depot have free install when purchasing over X amount
Aaron
I'd rather have a "pro" do the ceiling stuff just for peace of mind. I agree on carpet, we need 2 rooms done, per our realtor. Family room and a bedroom upstairs. I'll look into HD. Thanks.

Mensan
I hired Jason (wnaplay) to do everything in my house but the carpet, which Justin did. I had an offer the day after I listed it (last week). If you want to know who my realtor is, he's awesome too; PM me.
