Also, over last summer I had to re-roof one of my rental houses and they quoted removal of 3 layers of shingle and plywood replacement on a 1953 house for over $1000 less than my prop. management company's guy...AND they included my 1.5car garage!!! They got work done over 4th of July weekend: gave them the go-ahead and deposit, materials were dropped off within a few days and the work was completed within a week.
