Sounds like there was still some metal in it when they replaced the first turbo. Your going to hurt some feelings with it now though. haha. 99StockGT Posted June 1, 2015 Author Report Share Posted June 1, 2015 Well wheels and tires are about the only thing left to do, dialed in the suspension last week and she's most certainly a fun little shit hauler. Somewhere in the range of what would be considered a STi stage 2, decent power for having some fun but still getting 25mpg! And yes, the previous turbos pushed some metal shavings and bearing material through the screens and into the entire system which was quite a fun issue to fix. Wasn't sure if we would like the golds on it but once we put them on, well, obviously they stayed. Amazing how much of a difference from stock trim to what she is now just in appearance alone.
