How can I fix this - house facia.

This has been slipping a little each year.

This winter it finally fell.

Looks like the bottom row is attached to a piece of treated wood which was screwed into the blocks (looks like the screws were too short to begin with)?

Without seeing in person i would say you have 2 choices, take it all off and restart or put it back in place carefully and drill through the face into the wood behind. Maybe other solutions but hard to tell from pictures.

Agreed, unless maybe you can tuck it back up under, and screw some brackets below the pieces to hold them up?

I would take is all down and start over. If wood is good, just reuse. Get bigger screws and reuse old hole. I would also put adhesive on the wood to the concrete blocks. Something like liquid nail for added hold.
