I wouldn't be concerned if they were just standard halogens, but since the DRL's are the HID beams. Id like to get those disabled to keep the wear down on the igniter and HID bulbs. The RossTech version of VAGCOM that I own only supports cars without the CAN bus. Does anyone here have the VAGCOM version that supports CAN that could help me out?
