2006 Saleen Mustang Not Building Boost

Hey, So I recently got a 2006 Mustang that has the Saleen Supercharger kit on it. It has not been building boost. I took the upper and lower intakes off looking for blown gaskets and to no avail. The gauge is not reading a single pound of boost. I bought a new gauge thinking that was the issue and still reading 15Hg vac and no boost up to 6000RPMs. The supercharger makes no noise (whine) on high end and was making 12 pounds. I'm stuck! Any help or ideas or if there is a Saleen Guru somewhere near I'd be more than happy to pay him to have my boost back.

I know that with the older Lightnings that the Eaton blowers used a plastic coupler that connected the pulley and snout to the actual rotors. A lot of times that coupler broke and they would be upgraded with ones from a GTP. Might be something worth looking into.

I put a new belt and idler on it. But the old one moves just as much as my 04 Cobra.

We had the supercharger off and the snout didn't have play when twisted still moved appropriately.

SO when you spun the pulley the rotors moved?

The bypass valve is working as it should. That was the first thing we checked. Yes sir. When I moved the pulley you could hear the rotors turning inside properly.

 

Looks like I'll be giving them a call. I'm still at a loss
