Lauren
So apparently the laptop we were going to buy my mom and dad is not a good one to get (dell). What are options for basic internet, music, word processing that are in the $300-$500 range? Why not just get a chromebookk?
SRTurbo04
Any one see anything out there for work out equipment? Am I crazy to think I can find a treadmill for under 200 and a elliptical for under 200? Looking to start on the man cave/home theater/work out room. Dharris89
What one are you looking for? The 64 gb. My wife found a decent deal at Cosco. They were $150 off.

Honestly, anything in that price range is likely to be very limited by speed or stability. Meaning, after the standard three weeks of "I'm getting in shape", you will have realized it is too flimsy or limiting your workout. Then, that becomes the reason you stop working out. Most good ones are going to be close to $400 and up, even on sale.

Mojoe
I have a hard time justifying any stationary equipment like this. I want to run indoors in the winter. But, The cost pisses me off and tells me to take my happy ass outside and run in the cold.
LJ
I picked up 3 Kindle Fires last night. At $35 each it's hard to beat. Ordered

Plenty of 100-200 treadmills that have lots of life left in them.
