Community is called Mercer Square and it is off of Sawmil and Snouffer. Just 1 min to 270

 

size itself is about 720 sq ft 1 bedroom &1 bath apartment

It's fairly new and clean. Close to Dublin, Worthington,

There are many shopping centers and markets near by on Sawmil rd.

 

Takes about 12~15 minutes in the morning to OSU if you are a student

 

Also have a detached Garage if you want.

 

Rent price is $879 + Utility and if you want the garage add $70

These are nice apartments. Good thing you have that garage because parking use to blow! Younger age group as well, more young professionals.

I work at the office building right next to them and don't know that I've seen many people over 35ish leave that place and very few kids. Looks nice
