Wireless video camera options

So I live in an apartment, and recently had an incident where I would like to have a video camera on my cars just in case someone decides to do something to them. Are there decent wireless/motion activated/anything that would work decently?

 

I have a few options where I can put it. I always park my Vette between my motorcycle and truck to prevent someone from hitting it with doors. I could put a camera inside my truck and have it point towards my vette.

This is about the view I would have. Sometimes people with larger cars and trucks park there and I am not sure how that would block my view.

I could try moving all of my cars to other locations, where they are visable by a window or by my balcony and mount a camera there.. but trying to keep that spot would be difficult. There is also more passerby traffic leading to accidents.

They make dash cams (front and rear) that can automatically turn on with motion detection or vibration. May be a better investment..

That light will blind small cameras without a lens hood on the bottom, which is my next point, get the largest camera you can find. A dashcam is a means of protection if it happens to see anything, a large visible camera is quite the deterrent.

 

What are you looking to spend? You could mount this big motherfucker in place of the light, and remotely change the view to wherever you are parked that day.
