Perhaps $100K+ in additional bedroom/loft and an entire first floor remodel including kitchen and more. Looking for design-build references please. Preference towards one that someone here has actually used or knows a reference family that supports the firm selected. Never had any experience personally, but I've seen a bunch of places getting remodeled. There is a place on Northwest Blvd. near Oxley Rd. that is having an entire second floor added on by them. I know the Baker family, I don't know Scott personally, but I know their designer, Aaron, quite well. They can do the plans / drawings of the renovation, but he would still have to contact / shop out the reno to builder drawings. Just referring good people I know.
