wagner
So, I've been tasked to start coming up with some tech type articles for Dragzine. I've got my ideas, but I would love to hear from the people who are the target audience, what do YOU want to see in tech type articles for drag racing? Some of the things on the table as possible articles: Torque converter tech for Nitrous cars Drag racing suspension upgrades for street/strip cars Building a LSX based bracket car (there will be lots of sub articles) Nitrous and modern EFI (lots of sub articles here) So, what would the racers and general public like to see covered? EFI tuning. Is seems like the tuners are wizards and EFI is the dark arts. Maybe a stand alone ECU comparison as well? They have run a good amount on EFI tuning, but they have people in house in CA who are killer EFI guys. http://www.dragzine.com/news/exploring-volumetric-efficiency-with-aem/ As for the ECU comparisons that might be something that can be done... Geeto67
Something I have never seen discussed is weight adjustments or ballast. Every one talks about suspension setups and weight reduction but having the car not load and twist but actually go straight is just as important and some of that is about where your weight is not just how much the car weighs.
