You will be outside all the time in weather elements. You have a John deere gator to drive around site.you will have to pick up trash and materials that you let people dump. Pay 13-14 bucks a hour. Tons of overtime m-f 7am-7pm sat 7-5 now during the busy season we go back to 7-5 m-f 7-3 sat in a few months plenty room for growth to operator.
