It has been updated to Windows 10, but just sits. If it matters, it probably has less than 10 hours of use. Everything works, comes with everything including the box. I should note that since it's getting wiped, it will revert to Windows 8. Windows 10 is currently a free upgrade once you set it up with your own Live ID.
