87GT
What is the cheapest place to rent a pickup truck for half of the day? Is there anything cheaper than Uhaul? I have a few hundred pounds of broken cinder blocks that need to go to the city dump. I would ask a friend but I don't want to fuck up someone's bed. CRed05
I know Lowe's will let you rent a pickup. Not sure how it compares to other places or if you have to make a purchase there. Maybe just rent a trailer?
nurkvinny
Place CL ad for free fire ring... in pieces; must pick up.

Rocky31186
Menards is probably the cheapest.
87GT
Mendars would actually cost more than U-Haul. I've used them before for moving a bed. It is $19 for 75 minutes. And yes they charge more after that :/
gillbot
Home Depot
cstmg8
Uhaul is the best way to go. Get a trailer if you can pull it, otherwise get the cheapest truck. Get the insurance and have no worries.
cstmg8
It costs to dump also. What side of town are you on? Concrete recyclers take it for free. There's one off Taylor above Broad.
Otis Nice
Step 1) post CL ad for a day or two offering free concrete. If no hits... Step 2) Arrange a day I can help. The JAG150 bed is FUBAR from the original/previous owner hauling what I can only assume was huge loads of gravel, large rocks, busted concrete, or Jabba the Hut. You won't hurt it anymore than it already is. That's why I bought a work truck. So I could use it like a truck.

Will they take pieces of cinder blocks with chicken wire and stucco all over one side?
cstmg8
Will they take pieces of cinder blocks with chicken wire and stucco all over one side? They probably will. I'm sure a lot of the concrete they get has wire reinforcement.
