It is real leather, not the synthetic stuff offered in most places these days. We simply do not use this furniture, and are looking to change things up with how we use the space it is in. The set has been sitting unused for a little over 3 years. We just don't use it and want the space freed up. This is a sofa, love seat and ottoman set. Asking $750, obo. I need this gone.
