When we bought our house three years ago, I worked it into the contract from the previous home owners, 70 years old. As a plus, he detailed cars here. I thought the mower was new, because he cleaned it all the time. I have continued to keep it cared for by hosing it off after each use, and it has always been stored in a garage. Last year I did plugs, oil change, oil filter, fuel filter, and new blades. It got a new battery this season. It will come with an extra set of blades and a new drive belt, that I just had on stand by. I have mowed with this for three years, mowing 2.3 acres. It has a hitch added to the the rear for towing a lawn cart or roller. It has typical cosmetic wear. There are no mechanical issues.
