greg1647545532
I had a sudden desire today to join a karting country club. Example, MCC in Cincinnati. Anyone have any experience with them? Is there anything closer?

craig71188
I don't know of any kart "country clubs" in central Ohio. However, Circleville has open days for $20, sign waiver and run as long as you want. There are also kart tracks in Fremont and outside Dayton. There is also New Castle in Indiana that also has open track time and has (G&J Kartway in Camden, OH)nice facilities. I'm sure the country club concept offers some nice features and possibly fewer weekends blocked out for racing, but at a cost. I just bought back two of my shifter karts so I can take advantage of the cheap track time at Circleville. If you need kart stuff, there is a great kart swap meet in February: http://www.ovka.com/swap_meet.php A lot of dirt track stuff, sometimes a TAG of shifter kart, but a great place to pick up spare wheels, safety gear, etc.
