Every time Wagner or I has gone down there nobody seems to know how to do it, then they seem confused when it's not totally empty but a half full bottle is no good when you only have one bottle as most people do. Last time they said the bottle was broken and they couldn't fill it, I later proved that it was fine. So like I said it's just been a pain.
