This is a pain in the ass to do with a jigsaw and file but the work of a few minutes to do on a PlasmaCam or a similar machine. Do any CR members have one or know of a shop that's willing to do one-off work like this? I only need two rings made which rules out getting it done at the bigger job shops. williaty Posted March 6, 2017 Author Report Share Posted March 6, 2017 I need to confirm exact dimensions when I have the host part in my hands tomorrow but, off the top of my head, the OD is 152mm and the ID is going to be something like 75mm.
