quick35th
Yeah it's a badass pistol. Might as well be a rifle. I'm selling because I'm putting together a 300blk AR pistol. I have a MCX rifle, I just don't need this one. Rather sell it then it become a safe queen.
Not Brian
What loophole makes this thing a pistol? http://truthaboutguns-zippykid.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/P1380627-900x601.jpg

quick35th
What loophole makes this thing a pistol? The Sig brace is what makes it a pistol. You can remove it completely and it'll still be a pistol legally. However, if you put a rifle stock on it you just created a SBR. The picture above is my mcx pistol I'm selling. The Eotech does not go with it. Shane
ls1plus
You are supposed to hold it like a pistol, if you shoulder it, atf says it's an sbr. I have a sig m400 pistol and love it. Which is a step down from this.
quick35th
Legally you can rest your cheek on the side of the sig brace without exciting the ATF. Shane
