Smokey
I love that is a newer and more reliable version of the old trick of putting fast food trays under the rear wheels and locking in the e-brake.
Geeto67
so basically it becomes a full size modded powerwheels. I'm game, let's go find some giant sewer pipe sized PVC.
99StockGT
Does the burnt PVC leave much residual trace on the ground? AKA can this be done in a public space or do you have to find somewhere built for it or with permission?

Definitely don't build the trays the way they use too. Those old school McDonald's trays would last quite a while with a light car. The new ones are junk after a couple slides. BIGGU
When I was in Japan last year I actually got to peep some of this up close at Ebisu and it honestly looked like an absolute blast. I kinda wonder how long the PVC rings last. When I was at Ebisu I got about 100 ish laps on north course on a set of tires but I did 10-15 laps and then cooled them down with water before going back out. Draco-REX
If there were organized events for this, I would be so down. Unfortunately, the PVC isn't cheap. You're looking at $150 - $300 per pair of rings depending on size and whether you want thicker Schedule 80 or cheaper Schedule 40.
