dakotart Posted March 14, 2018 Report Share Posted March 14, 2018 Looking for off the record legal advice for the following: Summary: My dad had 2 people he let into his house he was "renting". As far as I know, they left on their own (one last Nov and one a few weeks ago). He was "evicted" (left voluntary on a 3 day notice) last week and removed the all remaining possessions from the property. Essentially these 2 people were just taking advantage of him and his money and therefore he has had no contact since last week. Issue: How to return the items they left behind when they left the house with out direct contact? Any ideas such as dropping items off in a storage unit and sending location?
