wagner Posted June 12, 2018 Report Share Posted June 12, 2018 The house we are looking to buy has some water damage in the floor in a bedroom that got into the sill plate and some of the joist. The buyer wants to give us credit to have it fixed and I want to be sure it gets done right and I have enough money to make it happen. Any recommendations for licensed contractors that actually return calls and do work? Also, need the CSST gas supply lines in our current house bonded by a qualified professional to the electrical system ground of the house. Is that something that I need to get an electrition for or a gas company to do? This was missed when we purchased the house so now I have to get it done for the buyers.
