Last time I priced one a couple years ago it was over 10K with all the accessories. I am assuming he is looking for something like the Ridgid Seesnake? When we need one we rent it from Ohio Power Tool- 999 Goodale Blvd, Columbus, OH 43212. We have a business account with them, but i would guess that they would rent to individuals. They have both the compact and the larger ones and can add the locator also. If you don't want to rent and no one else has one, we also have another company we use for our camera/ locating work.
