Trouble Maker
I'm not sure what it's called; black book, dealer network pricing, what you are seeing them go for (if you do this for a living). Could anyone give me a solid average number for 2018 Civic Si (2 door)? 8400 miles if it matters.

Trouble Maker
I think whole sale. My lease car buyouts are based off of a formula which uses 'black book', whatever that is. Edited November 3, 2018 by Trouble Maker
Geeto67
Black book is the national auto research guide published by Hearst publishing. It's an independent pub similar to nada and blue book.
carl1647545492
FWIW I asked a dealer I do business with what is their price at auction on a 1 yr old Honda Pilot, their auction buy price was 33k before they even put in on to their lot. I did not bother looking for a used after that and negotiated on new... its srewey but something about Honda not giving incentives and holding value. Cliffs.... used car 95% cost of brand new

Trouble Maker
22k Seems in line with what I got back, but it's helpful to have confirmation. Thanks!
