It's nice to see more people working with that process. Yeah, it's a lot of fun and gives you more control over he colors you want, as well as a greater range of colors than using the heating method. I was "bluing" some of the steel spikes I use as well with heat and I really like the finish that gave. Like a light shiny blue color and it seems to last through moderate use of the shiv as well.
