cstmg8
Long story short, My father had a 2006 16ft flat bed trailer, he passed away in 2017. Mom isn't sure what she has as far as title/registration etc.... I want to put the trailer to use, what do I need to get it legal? Do all simple trailers have transferable titles, or do I just get registration with the serial number? Trailer is similar to this, 16x8ish: Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
cstmg8
It looks like maybe there are no titles for a trailer weighing less than 4,000 lbs? So I just need to prove trailer weight to get a registration? Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
Stallion Motorsports1647545491
Yep, weigh it at a Flying J, or Pilot, and take the slip to get your plate.

I was worried that it would be an issue that it was registered previously. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

If your Mom has that registration it might save a trip to the scales.

Maybe it'll have it on there. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
