downingracing Posted August 25, 2021 Report Share Posted August 25, 2021 Forgot about the plates thing. I drove my last one to and from the inspection location without tags on it and got pulled over. I had the tags with me and all the inspection paperwork (and was headed to the title office to get the rebuilt title issued then the tags reassigned). Officer was cool enough - he had to call it in to confirm the 'not allowed to have plates on it and driving it to/from inspection was allowed'. Once that was confirmed, he sent me on my way.
