It is still new in the package, the only time it has been removed was when i received it to verify the contents and today when i took this photo. no paypal charges and no shipping charges, just a flat $220 takes it. obesityrules Posted June 4, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 4, 2009 ^ not my rifle, i was just showing an example of what a rifle length railed hand guard looks like on a 14.5" rifle with a 1.5" flash suppressor. so the overall length would be 16". but to answer your question, i believe it is a privately owned firearm.
