It's a mess from mismanagement over the years. I turned off call waiting and 3 way calling on a fax line as an example. There are Centrix lines, PRI lines or circuit lines. I found about 18 numbers that we don't use some hard lines some thru a circuit some numbers route calls to another fax line number. Some are centrix lines, some are tied into a circuit some are just hard lines. Now i'm playing phone tag with the phone company (at&t).
