vectorvictor Posted September 22, 2009 Report Share Posted September 22, 2009 Frame or bolted to a heavy object is required! Starter is required to rotate motor. Rings seal differently when u try to turn it by hand versus a starter motor. Stick it in the frame and hook up the starter. Safest and best result.
