Craigslist Posted February 18, 2010 Report Share Posted February 18, 2010 Looking to buy a Ducati Monster NOW...I've missed 5 in the last 2 weeks between craigslist and ebay. A few requirements... **MUST HAVE THE RED KEY if its a 2003 or newer. **Any color-The blue is my least favorite, but the right bike and the right price, I'd even go for that one. **695 or larger ** Would prefer fuel injected model, but if the price was right, I'd do a carborated model. **Must have the timing belt and valve adjustments done or the price must be reflective. lastly, be realistic on your price. Its OHIO and we have 14+ inches of snow. I've been shopping for a month or so and have been paying attention to the going rate on just about every model...While it is a Ducati, its also a Monster...the Porsche 944 of the line up! I'm a cash buyer. No BS, No trades unless you really want my junk. A few that I have seen sell: 2007 695 dark- 3500 miles- $4300 in akron 2001 750 red-8700 miles-$3000.00 in Erie PA 2002 900 dark-13000 miles with over 3k in performance upgrades-$4300.00 in cinncy. 2006 s2r 800 dark with 2k miles-$5200 in canton.
