A week ago maybe a little less then a week i noticed my bike at a red light was getting to temps of about 221 degrees. I checked my coolant of course it was low and i noticed what i think to be an overflow tube that seemed to maybe be leaking the coolant because my Underfairing was wet. So today i check my coolant and its low agian almost back to where i started, Is this Normal??:confused:

What could be the issue?

I am going to guess that there is/was air in your system and when you added coolant you did not bleed the system and that is what is causing you to lose coolant

225 is HOT!! Witch ASK touched your bike? I wont go there. ShittyGSXR is probably right, bet it just need more coolant. Get a service manual and do that shit yourself, its easy.

+1, the r6 was the first coolant change i ever did and no problems so far.
