With summer vacations and such, it's always nice to save some dinero. Was booking hotels for vacation. Used the Priceline "Name your own price" and was surprised. Took about 10 seconds for them to accept my $50 bid for a 3 star. Naturally, I was wondering what kind of deal I got, so I tried to book the hotel through other venues including the resorts website. Well, it turned out that it's a $110-$120/night stay, depending on where it's purchased (hotels.com, travelocity, and even priceline without the negotiation).
