jagr
If you can't find one they are $18 at Harbor Freight.
MattKatz
Is that for the breaker or the tool to press the new link.I have always used Masterlink style in the past, but the new chain is a rivet style. If one was that cheap I would gladly just buy it. jagr
This looks to push out the old and push in a new. The one I was looking at the other day had some other bits in the package that aren't shown in the site pic. http://www.harborfreight.com/heavy-duty-chain-breaker-66488.html

MattKatz
So then I still need the rivet tool if anyone in the area want to loan, rent or crimp it for me.LMKThanks
yodergrunt
I have a DID rivet tool, pushes out the old and knurls the rivet of the new link, although I always just grind the rivet and punch it out. Won't be home today though, trading in my 690 on a SM-T. Will be home late tonight. If interested just let me know, I'm in Huber.
obesityrules
i have done 3 chains with the cheap kit they sell on ebay; no problems. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MOTORCYCLE-CHAIN-CUTTER-BREAKER-RIVETING-RIVET-TOOL-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem255b99a300QQitemZ160450585344QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessoriesanother option would be to install it with a clip link then ride it down to a shop and have them install the rivet master link
NinjaNick
I don't have one, I used a kit from a guy here at my work. I just wanted to say that ALWAYS go rivet master link! ALWAYS!
dustinsn3485
Any other time I'd say if you can get it to me I'll do it. No problem, as I've got the tools. This week though is my last in Ohio and I really doubt I'll have the time.
