fusion
Until it goes all the way to the top I won't concede that it is not a constitutional violation. Too many cases have been overturned by the SCOTUS that were often considered "acceptable" practice. It's gone to State Supreme Courts and held. There was a case that set this baseline for schools that was passed down by SCOTUS, but I don't remember the details; it was like 20+ years ago I think. They did hear a case not long ago about a 13 year old that was stripped searched and they of course found that to be going too far.
