Hey' date=' Justin... not sure if you were paying attention, but this is a gun thread. Politics need not apply.[/quote']

My apologies to you and others for the derail, I need to get better at just letting it go. I'm aware of this issue and I'm working on it.

If I die because of an extended mag equipped gun killing, it's your fault because of your "inflammatory speech" on the matter.

Illegal if it's in the weapon' date=' right? :dunno:[/quote']

From everything I have read,(i'm not a lawyer) it is not illegal to own. I know of someone with a50 rd drum for his firearm..lol.

I believe it becomes illegal once placed into a firearm. Although It may also be illeagal to have in your pocket fully loaded and an empty Glock in your hand.

You know, I feel bad that Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, and others feel like they are being unjustly criticized for the actions of a crazy extremist.

Perhaps they should ask some Muslims how to cope with that.

I'm not really a pro-medicate type person, so it's hard for me to jump on board with that article above. But, it did remind me of the video series I posted in the conspiracy thread about American Psychology.

I think it's the second video that starts talking about the APA and drugs.

http://www.salon.com/news/politics/war_room/2010/12/27/scott_brown_tea_party/index.html

So the right wing rag Salon Magazine has identified the next Tea Party target in their "War Room" section. If Scott Brown goes down next, are they to blame? I could go on and on and on..... The political language, ( in my view the only protected speech) is full of references to killing, shooting murdering and targeting the opposition. And it has been that way since this country was founded and before.

The Missed Warning Signs

A 2009 study

warned that the rise of right-wing extremism could spur violent attacks.

But the report was attacked by Republicans, including now-Speaker John
