i think this is about as "bad" southwest ever gets unless their PR firm is just solid gold. And i wouldn't say this is exactly all that bad.

I almost exclusively fly SW. I started flying with them because they're cheap. I kept flying with them because their service rocks. I've had to change flights around, reschedule, etc. They don't charge any fees for doing so. That is badass in my book. I think they're the only airline that doesn't. And stories like this just keep me flying with them.

I cant wait til they convert all Airtran hubs into SW hubs. Unfortunately, SW doesnt fly out of dayton right now.
