Teachers can't impose real consequences, and if they try, the parents usually bitch and complain! "My son is smart! you can't fail him!"It's not the school's job to make sure your kid isn't a moron; it's their job to provide an opportunity to learn.If parents don't instill in their child the value and necessity of having a decent education, teachers are fucked before they ever get started.
