If I remember right, the Windows Movie Maker that comes with winXP will do it.

I use afterdawn.com for video software

Somewhere on this list is a converter worth using.

I don't know which one, it's been a while since I've tried conversions.

Some of these will watermark the video, unless it's purchased.

But some will be free converters.
