conn-e-rot
you might have to do the ghetto charge trick... you have to cut usb cable and touch wires.... its on the forums
Steve Butters
leave it on wall charger for a little more and try to boot it up....if it wont even boot up as in its not getting a charge at all - then i would say you probably need to lose it
yotaman88210
LMAO! This blows! Im sure its something stupid and an easy fix when you know what you are doing.
justin0469
You can't flash it from USB if he can't get to the download screen (Android triangle) I thought you could get to the recovery as long as the device turned on but i'll have to try it on mine. yotaman88210
The other thing that is weird, when I have it on the wall charger the M is constantly displayed. It normally shows a battery, doesnt it? This M will haunt me forever!
Chrome
So i obviously see what happens when this goes bad, but what are the benifits of "rooting" your phone?
yotaman88210
Dude, in all honesty I dont think my error is from rooting. But who knows.
Steve Butters
if you rooted and didnt change any of the factory ROMs or anything else - i also doubt rooting was your problem...sounds like that app did something or like your phone might have gotten moisture damage or something....do you leave the phone on the sink or anything when you shower? steam can cause water damage....or it could be maybe it picked up a static electric shock or something....either way, it sounds like a hardware fail at this point

Steve Butters
still wont boot up?
yotaman88210
I got it to go to a bootloader 30.04 screen... But thats about all it will do. My dude came over last night and he is taking it over to a friends house today who is apparently an engineer for VZW. Most likely will be ordering a new one tonight. Its amazing how much I am addicted to that phone
