Once again this weekend the Field of Heros will be on display in Westerville at the intersection fo Cleveland Ave & County Line Rd. Take a ride by and pay honor to those who have fallen so that we may stand. Support the cause and buy a flag. Dedicate it to someone special, and just any Veteran from any conflict. Take on home a fly it proudly!

I'll be there with you.

I'll try not to cut my thumb off this year.

That was a Memorial day weekend. There was a ride from Iron Pony to Quaker State for a breakfast deal. Short ride, but a great one. Will there be one this year? All Veteran's should ride this one.

Last year's ride:

I'll swing by. I'm only two miles away so why wouldn't I? I don't think there is a ride this year. I haven't seen anything posted. I know IP took a bath on T-shirts and doughnuts last year, but that was a good ride. Police escort, stopped traffic, people waving, clapping, cheering, saluting. Good times!!

That event was Rolling Freedom 2010, and I do not find one for 2011 when searching...

:nono: Someone should have put something together.

I would love to see Jagr cut his hand open.

I'm going to go by after work, maybe a couple times.

If this is the meeting point i doubt Jagz will stick around long  The key is to have the meeting spot 40-50 miles away, let him ride there. Then slab it back to the point of interest

In all seriousness this sounds like a cool thing to check out but I wont be around this weekend.

I hear there is also a large mural of some sort. I'll get over there sometime today to get some pics.

Flags.

The flags in the field are all for sale as JC posted. You also have the option of donating a flag to The Patriot Guard. The PG will use them at veterans funerals, burial escorts and in keeping the evil Westboro Baptist Bastards out of sight of grieving families.
