MeefZah
I am currently engaged in a claim and am using Gary Reeve, downtown Columbus. 614-808-1881We are about 5 months into the suit right now and I am satisfied with his performance and attitude. He also is a good bit cheaper than most labor attorneys.I'll tell you who not to use - Dan Klos, also of Columbus. I consulted with him regarding the same matter several times and was very disappointed in his responsiveness.Dunno what your deal is, exactly, but remember a few things: Ohio is "at-will" employment, which pretty much gives most employers in the private sector carte blanche to fuck with your life. Also, it is important to seek out at least two legal opinions before you make a decision about how to proceed and what lawyer to use. This will involve consultations with attorneys and you will be paying for those, so be prepared to drop a few hundred bucks for that, but it's well worth it.
