Cdubyah
Columbus folks I need a little help from you. I'm looking at the Greater Columbus area for an event center. Not having any luck finding something within my price range right now. It's quite frustrating. Here's what I'm looking for..1. Some fall foliage would be grand, for photos2. I can use my own caterer3. Booze don't cost a fortune to serve4. Doesn't need to be super swanky5. Don't want it trailer parked. Some of the places I've found are pretty nice, but either I have to use their caterer, or they charge an arm an a leg to serve booze. Doesn't have to be in Columbus, in or around the suburbs would work as well. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. jblosser
http://www.haimerlcenter.com/index.htmOn Morse Road, just west of Karl.No liquor, only beer/wine/champagne (w/licensed bartender).Any caterer allowed. Not super swanky, and no trailers visible.Useless fact: Used to be a Columbus Public Library.

fizzer
http://www.metroparks.net/xxParksBattelleDarbyFacilitiesReservable.aspxCedar Ridge Lodge is rentable for pretty cheap, bring your own caterer, you'd have to set something up yourself for booze though. AWESOME foliage though. http://www.burroakstateparklodge.com/catering-conference-services-938.htmlBurr Oak also would have nice foliage and seems to have options for catering/bring your own and beverage service. Not sure on price though. Also a little further out.

Casper
My pond no trailers in sight.... Maybe a tractor but no trailer. From what Carie's told me, that'd be a beautiful place. I know a couple people who would bartend for dirty cheap.

kawi kid
Prob would be cheaper over all to have it in coshocton. With as far out as you are planning I bet it would be easy to set up everything for your date.

Cdubyah
Dawes Arboretum outside of Nerk is nice too. WWW.dawesarb.orgI don't think that place is big enough to seat folks inside. At least not what I've read on their website.

MidgetTodd
For the record, I vote Brians pond. It meets all you pre req's and is an awesome party spot. But since you are to high class now for that Pratt did her wedding at the park in Lancaster and it meets all your pre req's too and was very nice. Prob very resonable on price too if you are interested I'll get the info from her or give her your number.
jagr
I vote you get married in the parking lot of an Olive Garden. Then we go inside and eat. It would be very cost effective as some here eat massive amounts of spaghetti.
