motociclista
Not a serious mile-muncher like Silverfox's FJR , or some others on here, but I still stopped and took a photo when the Speed Triple rolled over.

mgbgt89
Any major repairs in those miles? Speaks a lot for the reliability if it hasn't.
drew95gt
That's a lot of miles on a non sport touring bike like a Speed Triple...impressive.

motociclista
Any major repairs in those miles? Speaks a lot for the reliability if it hasn't.No major repairs. Rebuilt the front brake master cylinder. Replaced a broken speedo cable and a broken gear shift mechanism. Other than that, just maintenance. Lots of tires. It has a couple of intermittent electrical gremlins I haven't been able to figure out, and that's the only thing that keeps me from feeling it's totally reliable today.@joey614: It's a 1997 that I bought used in 1998 with 6,000 miles on it. speedytriple
Nice I have around 40k on my 2000. Same thing speedo cables. Master cylinder needs rebuilt, no electrical gremlins here yet. I bought mine new in 2001 as a left over.
the_silverfox
Very nice! Keep on racking 'em up! You'll be able to do something I'll never be able to do - watch the odometer roll back to 00000.

the_silverfox
You mean you're not going to go for one million on the FJR? Well, I'm almost 12% there. If I can get to 20% that would be very nice. I should be halfway to the Moon by the middle of next week (119,428 miles).
