Jst2fst
So I dropped my bike trying to put it up on stands and luckily it went in the grass no major damage just a broken bar end. It broke into two pieces and it's one that has a threaded screw does anyone know if I have to take off the clip on's and try and knock them out or buy a new one. I already bought new bar ends just can't put them on due to the stock housing in the bars preventing them from going in. I'll try and post pictures when I get the chance. Thanks Edited October 17, 2011 by Jst2fst
jester3681
You may have to use an EZout on the stock bolt to get the bar end bolt out, then use another bolt and some plyers to pull everything out. You'd have to take apart your front end to get the clip on off.

Casper
A slide hammer will probably work to get the star nut out.
