A judge in Nanjing rules that 'Common Sense' was that he helped her out of guilt, and ordered him to pay her medical costs.Since then, good samaritans have to consider the risk of being blamed for the injuries if they try to help.It was not a law, it was a court precedent - a pretty stupid one at that.
