Rctaylor
I played airsoft there as a kid. It looks like an awesome place for getting dirty.
buildit
It is literally .5 miles north of I-70. I'm going to talk them into not allowing quads there anymore.

Helmutt
Thats "Buds"!! Guys at work LOVE that place -- Good luck banning quads out of there! Its a 4 wheel festival through most of the spring/summer/fall from what I'm told. Good family to know and its quite a big spread too
buildit
I'm kidding. Quads have a bad rep with me for tearing up trails, lack of any riding gear, drunk driving and wallowing in mud holes like pigs till they are so deep nothing can get thru them. HSR didn't appear to have these issues and the quad riders we saw were enjoying the trails and riding responsibly. It appears many locals simply call HSR "Buds" as the owners name is Bud. I enjoyed it there and plan to visit there again.
Helmutt
knew you were kiddin', I'm not a big fan of quads either......they eventually rut the hell out of fun trails, and if its wet/muddy the 2wheel guys end up soaked and sore from endless cross rutted dumps:angry:
