Considering upgrading to the 9500 for the gps but for the price, the 8500 is very hard to beat.You can even get this smart cord which will use your cell phone for internet and will update the radar with live speed trap updates, false alarms and warnings. May do this instead of the 9500 although Im not sure how well it will work at the moment because they just released it in December or January.
