kawi kid
http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Mark-Wahlberg-Taylor-Kitsch-Ben-Foster-Could-Star-Peter-Berg-Lone-Survivor-29701.html?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=pulsenewsIf you haven't read the Lone Survivor yet you NEED to do it immediately. It is by far one of the best books I have ever read. Its a glimpse into what it takes and means to be a seal while telling an unforgettable story of what one seal team had to endure with only one making it out alive. jarvismb
Fixed and bumped.Just to be sure you see the level of competition in the Navy Seal-based cinema market.
Cdubyah
The movie is based on the book by Marcus Luttrell about a group of four Navy SEALs who were captured by the Taliban while on a mission to kill a terrorist leader in 2005.That's not actually correct. They were surrounded and fought their way down a mountain. All members of the team were killed except Luttrell, who was given shelter by an Afghan village. Rescue team of seals that was sent in were also killed on the chopper by rpg fire. Largest loss of Seal operators in one day. Lt. Michael Murphy was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions during battle. This is probably one of the best books I have ever read. Hopefully it's not how they portray the movie tho.
